Paris Sunset on the Seine II (8.5" x 5.5")

The series of 5 original water colors paintings take you on the journey of Paris at its most beautiful -- as the sun is setting over the river Seine. 

The moments before a deep and beautiful sunset over the Seine in Paris.  Perfectly executed, this first water color scene is luminous and stunning.  There are incredibly bold clouds in orange and blue/green in the sky seen above the Pont des Arts, where you see pedestrians walking across.  The impressionistic style is evident – where the reflection of the buildings is more detailed than even the river bank.  You actually feel the water swirling around each of the supports along the bridge and eyes immediately recognize the lampposts above. This is a true master of his art.

We have carefully double matted it in pale white – it only needs to slip into a frame. Carefully double matted with a generous border which shows off the painting to their fullest.
