With a love of decorating, Paris Perfect founder Maddy developed our line of luxury sheets for our vacation rentals properties and now, at the request of our many guests, brings that offering to you to buy for your own enjoyment.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3 business days using the United States Postal Service or UPS. Shipping time depends on the carrier's schedule.


Paintings are shipped from Paris and might take slightly longer to process. Paintings are shipped with the LA Poste service.

If requested when you placed your order, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Returns & Refund Policy

100% refund within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be sent via trackable carrier. 

To complete your return, please contact us (store@parisperfect.com) for the return address and provide receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not refundable. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank account / credit card provider again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted and there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@parisperfect.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
