Sacre Coeur and Montmartre (8.5" x 10.75")

The beautiful and historic Sacre Coeur Cathedral in Montmartre is deftly painted in excellent impressionistic style.  Simple lines and the painter’s masterful skills make you feel the slowly moving sun and shadows along the cathedral.  We love the contrast of soft pastels in the upper part with the fresh green grass below.  To the right are dark orange impressions of the trees in the Fall. Pedestrians are delicately sketched in, adding accents of color. A lovely painting with neutral overall tones will look beautiful with a selection of others or on its own.

Carefully double matted with a generous border which shows off the painting to its fullest – it only needs to slip into a frame.
