The Quais of the Seine (12" x 9.25")

Maurice Fallies has created a gorgeous scene of Paris in the spring! One of the most wonderful memories experiences of Paris is walking along the Seine, enjoying the sunshine reflecting on the bridges and Haussmanian buildings – as the couple is shown below.  The impressionistic art is at its finest, blending dark greens to blue green, lime with ochre touches in the trees. Couples walk along the boulevard leading to the Seine.  This original painting dates from the early 1900’s – but the moment is eternal. It’s a stunning painting which will grace any wall. 

We have carefully double matted it in pale white – it only needs to slip into a frame. Carefully double matted with a generous border which shows off the painting to their fullest.
